5. Subscription and Billing

We offer multiple subscription plans with different credit allowances and features. Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Usage charges may apply for credits exceeding your plan allowance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5.3 Credit System

• Credits are consumed based on try-on complexity (1-3 credits per try-on)
• Unused credits may roll over to the next billing cycle
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our Service to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any person's intellectual property rights
• Generate images for minors without proper consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Overload our systems or attempt unauthorized access

6.2 Content Guidelines

• Product images should be appropriate and legally compliant
• Customer photos must be uploaded with proper consent
• Generated images should not be used to mislead customers

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons we deem necessary to protect our Service or other users.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution
